Order Policy

Order Pick-Up
If you are picking up an order in store, you will receive an email when the order is ready for pick up.  Please note that this is not the "Order Confirmation" email that you automatically receive.  We will email or call when your order is ready for pick up. Credit card and valid I.D. are required for pick up. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.  We do not process orders on the weekend.

Sales Tax
9.25% sales tax will be applied to all orders being picked up at our stores. There are no exceptions. 

Gift Cards
Gift cards can only be used in store. 

Local Delivery

In stock items

Orders placed by 4pm for in stock items can be delivered same day. Signature is required for local delivery. Bicycles must be picked up in store.

4 - 8 day orders

Local delivery can be selected for 4 - 8 day orders. Items will be delivered within 4 - 8 days. Signature is required for local delivery. Bicycles must be picked up in store.

BIKE ORDERS

Sizing
Bikes come in many different sizes and we want to make sure that you have the appropriate size.  We recommend that you visit our store for your bike purchase so you are sized properly. Bicyles have to be picked up in store. Local delivery not available.

ORDERING NON-STOCKED PRODUCT

Products that we do not normally stock
Full payment is required to order any product that we do not normally stock.  We do not accept refunds on special order items.

REFUND POLICY

In stock bicycles can be returned for a full refund within 7 days if the bike is in new undamaged condition. In stock parts and accessories can be returned for a full refund within 30 days in new undamaged condition. We do not accept refunds on special order items so feel free to contact us with questions so we can help you find the right product. Thanks!
